qk55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
All account transactions on qk55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the cashier page and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the operator's current policies.

Platform Availability: qk55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, qk55's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qk55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered email address.
